The 04-style stock pot’s “straight & double thicken rim” is a design tailored to the practical needs of food service scenarios — from commercial kitchens and catering operations to food distribution. 4. Sandwich style bottom characteristic (stainless steel/ aluminum/ stainless steel)
Which guarantees even heat transfer, combines the heat distribution of aluminium with the durability and magnetic properties of stainless steel to allow induction cooking.
The bottom is formed by special impact bonding, causing the whole surface of the component layers to weld seamlessly - this guarantees corrosion resistance and optimal heat conduction.
